Ok a few have asked what interfaces can be used on psk31 rtty etc well here is a review on the one I bought several years ago and have since bought several more for other club members maybe not the best at writting reviews but will give it a go can add more if you have questions

It is built by Johnny G3LIV and it is the psk31 isoterm it was the first model he made back in 2000/1

I first phoned Johnny and asked several questions on the interface when I Bought the yaesu ft1kmkv mainly to do with switching as I read many problems with the switching using the normal methods. Johnny told me about the Dil Relay in the ptt line he was using so I decided to buy one I also asked for longer leads.

I sent a cheque on the Monday Morning and Wednesday the same week I received a package with the interface, some instructions, a floppy disk with software and a qsl card from Johnny.

I was amazed as the cheque wasn't even cleared and I had the package in my hand within 50hrs.

The interface is well built all cables are clearly marked and initial test were looking good. The main body is a plastic box and all cables were neat and plugs on
I had previously used a home brewed one on my TS850S so I knew what I was doing but if I wasn't sure the instructions were well marked out in what to do.

I got the cables already made up so it was just a matter of plugging in to the back of the radio and then plugging the two jacks in to the pc one for audio in and the other for audio out {3.5mm stereo jack plugs} then a 9 Pin D connected to the Coms port of the computer for PTT SWITCHING

I use software called Logger32 http://www.kc4elo.com/page2.html
for logging and using its own interface for psk rtty etc great bit of software.

Once hooked up I then just went for it and it was more or less set up as my last interface to date I have over 1000 psk qsos with it and was well worth the money

Johnny will wire it up for any radio if he's not sure he will try his hardest to get the pin out for you and he now send a cd in a dvdcase with software. He currently has various models to suit and can even buy separate cables well worth the money
