Global semiconductor (http://www.rapidonline.com/Electronic-Components/Discrete-Semiconductors) sales are expected to grow this year, after the latest crop of numbers from the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) showed that 2009 was not as damaging a year as predicted.
