The European Commission has published a study today (February 2nd) that advises the setting up of a stand-alone European body to take the lead on the implementation and enforcement of EU waste laws such as the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (http://www.rapidonline.com/Electrical-Power) (WEEE) directive.
