Lance w7gj is looking to work me over the Christmas holidays on 6m eme from GM6NX anyone interested in coming down over christmas holidays?
Patiently waiting on a new tube coming for my amplifier so will depend on good old Post office getting their act together!
Neil fancy testing your amp now its fixed hi hi!

as i cant get my antenna up til Feb i will bring it along as a spare
but shouldent we try a qrp moonbounce contact???

Or if you download jt65a there is a good chance you will hear Lance on a modest antenna on 50.190 Mhz from 21.30UTC onwards

Just a note to say that GM6NX completed a 6m eme contact last night with Lance W7GJ on JT65A. We now have a few stations wanting to make EME JT65A contacts with the Club, KB7V/1 is one of them.
I will post more info sreen grabs, wav files etc when I get them sorted..

Many congrats on the 6m EME QSO guys! :D Please keep us all posted on developments - you never know - I may come along for other skeds!
Also, what was the equipment used?

400w at a push from duff valve {Colin RLZwill explain more}
2 laptops one for gprs and one for using the software
WSJT software
Rigblaster pro interface
loads of sweat and running about checking antenna which was 60deg out at the start
