Hi all As you will be aware, GB3FE is having a few problems with noise breakthrough. During the week I checked the SWR on the antenna and noted that it was peaking with the gusts of wind. Today the antenna was lowered and the fault was traced to a dry solder joint on the LDF-450,...

  6. Unhappy Antenna fault

Hi all. The new antenna has a fault, the VSWR is greater than 3:1 so I have reverted back to the co-linear on the latice tower which has a VSWR of 1.5:1 until the main antenna can be checked out. The repeater still remmains on single antenna working. Regards Wullie
